TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dog Grooming By Ella require at least 48 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, this must be done in writing by text, email or via the link provided in booking confirmation.
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but at company's discretion may be transferred to a future booking.
No Show without contact will mean the full fee of the groom will be invoiced directly to you.
No Show without contact customers will not be eligible for a refund of deposit.
Matting fees will be automatically charged if matting is not highlighted and discussed on drop off.
If your dog has severe matting and it's a health concern, our fear free grooming team will shave any mats close to the skin despite grooming style notes for the safety of your dog. If your dog has matting please discuss with Dog Grooming By Ella on drop off for your appointment.
If you arrive late to your appointment, our team cannot guarantee completion of services. Full price will be charged in these cases.
We may take pictures of your dog and use them in our marketing materials. If you don't want a photo taken of your dog, please let our team know by email.
If your dog is left with us (without being agreed) for over an hour after the scheduled or agreed collection time there will be a fee of $30 charged.
Dog Grooming By Ella cannot be held responsible for any accidents or mishaps resulting from non-disclosure of your dogs medical condition or behavior.
Dog Grooming By Ella are not liable for any medical or vet costs. However, the client/Owner(s) accepts and grants permission for staff to obtain emergency Veterinary treatment for your dog at the client/Owner(s) expense should it become necessary.
Sometimes Dog Grooming By Ella may provide your dog with a bow or other accessories to complement their groom, by booking you are agreeing that you understand that the bow or accessories your dog may be wearing after their grooming appointment could be a choking hazard and may only be safe for your dog to wear whilst supervised.
Dog Grooming By Ella will not be able to guarantee a booking will commence if a groomer is not available due to illness or compassionate leave. In these cases an alternative appointment will be offered. We will always aim to offer an alternative appointment as soon as possible, though we cannot guarantee the time frames.
